The Emotion Experience Support department is responsible for resolving our customers’ first and second level issues worldwide. Currently, our efficiency ratio based on the number of installations remains well above average.

Our incident rates have been reduced to below 1% due to the proactive way we work and our monitoring of all processes during implementation and subsequent maintenance services.
